BVI rules of conduct

BVI Bundesverband Investment und Asset Management e.V.’s rules of conduct set out voluntary standards that go beyond the statutory requirements for asset management companies. These take account of its role as a trustee that places particularly high demands on its conduct towards investors.

Asset management companies aim to build trust among investors and the public through reliability, integrity and transparency and meet their increased need for information.
